Reverse Mortgage

Select Mortgage now offers individuals age 62 and older a form of mortgage in which the lender makes periodic payments to the borrower using the borrower's equity in the home as security. This special type of loan made to seniors enables them to convert the equity in their home to cash to finance other needs. This can be in the form of a lump sum, monthly draws or a combination of both.  Reverse mortgages permit the borrower to retain homeownership, and generally do not require repayment as long as the borrower remains in the home.
